Doug Wogstad - Engineer, Designer, Consultant, Project Manager, Speaker
Doug has spent over thirty years managing technology based development projects in small to large corporate environments as a project engineer, project manager and as a program manager.  Also gained experience in marketing technological products as a product manager and a marketing manager.

Doug began his involvement with alternative energy assisting in the startup of a biodiesel distribution company prior to relocating in the Brainerd area.  He met David Winkelman several years ago and has joined with him to focus and grow the Eco-Domes primarily in the area wind energy.  Doug is involved with business development, design engineering, and system sales.  Education includes a BS in mechanical engineering and an MBA.

Jim has an A.A.S. in Natural Resource Management with over ten years experience in the field. He has had ongoing professional training or certification in; Forest Stewardship Plan writing, landscape design, land measurement, wetland delineation, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, aerial photo interpretation, geographic information systems, ecological classification systems, sustainable agriculture, Permaculture, and agroforestry. Rick Lewandowski - Founder of PRISM SOLAR and SunWize, Solar Engineer, Speaker
Rick Lewandowski has 20 years of experience in the field of solar energy and has served as the Director and Engineering Manager for many solar PV projects. His experience as it relates to the project is unique in that he has personally brought together over 60 companies to develop energy efficiency businesses throughout the nation. Mr. Lewandowski has also founded the Illinois Solar Industry Association and served as President of the Illinois Solar Energy Association, an ASES Chapter. He is the Founder and Past President (14 years) of SunWize Energy Systems, an internationally known PV systems integrator, manufacturer and distributor, and has in-depth knowledge of the PV distribution and dealer business.

Brian Sakry, President, BJ Systems.
Brian. Sakry has participated in the installation/operations of many new building energy systems, especially in the monitoring/sensing/controlling systems. Mr. Sakry’s experience comes from training in the United States Navy Advanced Electronics Program (AEF) and 17 years experience in the field (including five years with Honeywell). My Sakry has been trained and certified in electronic building systems integration (NICET Certified). He is currently employed by Johnson Controls as an Electronics Systems Technician but operates BJ Systems from his home.
